Michael Doyle is a trailblazer in Brand Marketing and has reshaped the industry for 20+ years. Michael Doyle launched Brand Iron in 2002, after successfully building and selling a multi-million dollar tech-based advertising agency. His tough precision has steered countless businesses in different industries to success worldwide.

Carmen Barker

CFO

Ah yes, finance! Carmen Barker is the financial genius at Brand Iron—handling everything that’s money-related from payroll to HR more. Carmen’s roots go back to being a partner in an award-winning startup business that provides water treatment for humanitarian and disaster relief efforts. Under her leadership, the company was recognized by Fast Company in 2011 for the Top 50 Colorado Companies to Watch and Top 100 Women Owned Companies.

Valeria Rodriguez Quintanilla

Project Manager / Business Development

Valeria was born and raised in Northern Mexico near the Texas border, and she attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she received a degree in Mathematics and Actuarial Science in 2019. She’s applied her knowledge working in tech as an Analyst and Team Lead prior to lending her many talents to Brand Iron as a Project Manager and Business Development specialist. Valeria is a people person who loves to travel and try new experiences. She is analytical, creative, and always up for a challenge.

Shelly Barson

Design Manager

Born in Utah, Shelly grew up living in most of the Western states, spending summers on her grandpa’s Wyoming cattle ranch and living in the Arabian desert. Shelly is passionate about creating simple, smart design that tells a compelling story. She's a seasoned art director with experience working on projects for small startups to global brands like Intel, Vivint and Microsoft. Shelly is an avid horse lover who finds spare time to solve branding and advertising problems for our clients with awesome design, boundless charm, and a little cleverly applied elbow grease.

Katrina Jumawid

Account Manager

Born and raised in the beautiful seaside city of Davao, Philippines, Katrina supports stray animal groups and no-kill shelters. Katrina applied her schooling to a variety of business administrative roles, from customer support rep and supervisor to transcription, virtual assistance, as well as account and project management. She has excelled in assisting C-level roles throughout her career, from creating and managing client databases to overseeing quality controls for marketing and social media creative teams. This diverse skill set has led her to be the ideal Account Manager for the high-end business professionals who turn to Brand Iron for help.

Krystle Golea

Project Manager / Designer

Raised in Davao City, Philippines, Krystle is an artist at heart who draws inspiration from the world around her, as she experiments with various mediums and techniques. Her experience as a visual artist has given her a deep understanding of the creative process, which she applies to her work in digital marketing with great success. Krystle's creativity and attention to detail make her a valuable asset to the Brand Iron team. She ensures the forward progress of individual deliverables, so that projects are completed on time, with Brand Iron’s highest standards.

Silvia Adamyova

Content Strategist

Born in Slovakia but raised in Canada, Silvia’s passion for languages and communication got sparked early thanks to her multilingual upbringing. She earned a BA in Translation at uOttawa, followed by an Editing Certificate from Simon Fraser University and multiple copywriter certifications with Copyhackers. Silvia brings creativity and sharp organization to crafting content that helps brands connect in a way that feels authentic and memorable. Now based in Europe while completing a Master’s in Cognitive Science, she has an endless curiosity for learning—whether it’s untangling complex ideas or uncovering the heart of a brand’s story.

Nikita Parihar

MBA | PPC Expert / Business Strategist

Born and raised in Chandigarh, Nikita has a passion for reading books that keeps her creativity flowing. She brings that same curiosity and passion to her role at Brand Iron, where she blends strategy and innovation to craft PPC campaigns that deliver real results. With an MBA and a strong background in digital marketing, branding, and content creation, she helps brands from startups to established companies push boundaries and grow.
